NEW CONSTRUCTION:  

· Our crews install everything electrical!

From temporary power and the service

entrance to the cover of a wall-mounted outlet,

our skilled electricians complete their work

neatly and professionally. Coordination with 

the general contractor and other 

subcontractors is the key to a successful 

project. Our project managers work closely

with other contractors to ensure our electrical system is

ready when they are. Weekly scheduling meetings and 

project schedules communicate to others the status of the project. 

In addition to traditional new construction projects, our crews are

also equipped for construct your new sports complex including

sports lighting, concessions, and all of your other sports needs.  

RENOVATION:

· Sumter Utilities has participated in the renovation of many

commercial buildings – schools, retail space, and offices.

Minimizing the construction impact of a work site during a

renovation is crucial when other areas are still in use. We work

hard to keep our work area neat and safe for the public.

MODERN FLEET:

· Our fleet is up-to-date and meticulously maintained.

· All trucks and equipment are standardized to project a professional graphic image to our customer, their consumers, and to the public.

· Our complete, comprehensive equipment inventories include: hydraulic cranes; aerial buckets trucks; digger derricks and pressure diggers; all types conductor stringing equipment; excavation machinery including backhoes, dozers, loaders and trenchers.

· All crews are completely tooled for the work they are performing.
